Selection factors
Start from material, maximum workpiece size, required kerf, surface quality, cut path, tolerance, and daily output.
Then check machine travel, wheel diameter, loop length range, tension system, coolant access, enclosure, and whether shaped cutting or rotary motion is needed.
Common mistake
A buyer may focus only on machine size or motor power. For loop diamond wire, small details such as joint passage, wheel alignment, and fixture rigidity can decide whether the process is stable.
The machine and wire should be selected as a pair.
