Wire checks
Check diameter, loop length, coating uniformity, abrasive distribution, diamond exposure, surface defects, and batch consistency.
For endless loops, inspect the joint for diameter change, alignment, surface smoothness, and evidence of overheating or weakness.
Cutting checks
A practical test should record cutting time, kerf, surface roughness, edge chipping, wire wear, breakage, and whether the joint creates periodic marks.
Quality should be judged under the intended machine and material, not only by a wire sample on a desk.
